This was mainly a library update release. GDCM, the DICOM library, was updated from version 1.3.2 to 2.0.10, which will hopefully improve the DICOM read support for MIView. The main compiler was migrated from Visual C++ 2005 to Visual C++ 2008, mainly for ease of development. The back-end wxWidgets library was also updated to version 2.8.9.

The following changes have been made:
